You know how to build a business. You just don't know how to build the kind of trip you've actually wanted: something unforgettable, without burning hours planning it, hunting down the right places, or trying to get access to things most people can't.

And the bigger problem: your friends usually aren't on the same level, freedom or budget. So you either cover everyone else's cost, or compromise on the whole thing.

The Founders Retreat Cornwall is a small, exclusive, invite-only few days for 18–30 year old founders, entrepreneurs and business owners doing their own thing. It's about being in the ocean, doing genuinely sick shit, with likeminded people.
Surfing, golf, padel, boat trips, private chef breakfasts and dinners, it's all there if you want it. Pick what you're feeling, skip what you're not. Nothing's forced. Go with the flow, do cool shit and have an unreal time.

The honest answers
Not even a little. This isn't a surf coaching camp. Surfing's just one thing on the menu. Golf, padel, a boat trip, or nothing at all are just as valid. Wetsuits and boards are there if you want them, no pressure either way.
Not really. There's a rough shape to the days: food's always sorted, surf sessions are there if you want them. But nobody's tracking whether you show up. Do as much or as little as you want.
Yes. This is for founders, entrepreneurs and business owners aged 18-30, whatever stage you're at. Side hustle, first business, five years in, doesn't matter. If you're building something, you're the right fit.
That's usually the clearest sign you need to. Three days away, no fixed plan, does more for your head than another six months of grinding without a break.
