We are delighted to offer free shipping on all orders within the UK. Once your order is placed, it will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your item(s) are on the way.
Returns
We hope you’re thrilled with your purchase, but if you need to make a return, we’re here to help.
- You can return items within 28 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Items must be returned in an unworn condition, with all tags intact and in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at alex@nomadsurfcoaching.com with your order number and details. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item(s) back to us.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the return.
